School adjustment refers to that students are happy to participate in various types of activities in school and are in a good state of academic,social and emotional well-being.But the study found that 20% to 30% of children in school life exists school adjustment problems.Poor schooling not only affects the health of the individual,but also affects its adult social adjustment,related to the individual's life.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the adjustment of primary school students.This paper aims to explore the relationship between family factors,especially the relationship between parenting style and school adjustment,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and intervention of students' poorly schooling.In this study,300 primary school students were surveyed by the "Parental Rearing Style Scale","Teacher and Student Relationship Questionnaire" and "School Adjustment Assessment Questionnaire",279 valid questionnaires were collected by cluster sampling method.SPSS20.0and Mplus6.0 were used to analyze the data.The results were as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the different dimensions of parenting between different educational level,number of children and family income.(2)There are significant differences in the different dimensions of primary school students' school adjustment between different education level,number of children and family income.(3)The mother's authoritative parenting style can significantly positively predict the learning behavior and peer relationship dimension of school adjustment,mother's permissive parenting style can significantly negatively predict the learning behavior dimension of school adjustment;the father's authoritarian parenting style can significantly positively predict the relationship between teacher and student dimension.The gender has a moderating effect on the relationship between the mother's authoritativeparenting style and the school attitude dimension of school adjustment.(4)The combination of mother's authoritative parenting style and father's authoritative parenting style can significantly negatively predict the learning behavior dimension,and can significantly positively predict the school attitude of school adjustment;The combination of mother's authoritative parenting style and father's permissive parenting style can significantly positively predict the school attitudes of school adjustment.The gender has a moderating effect on the relationship between mother 's authoritative parenting style and father's permissive parenting style and the relationship between teacher-student relationship and peer relationship;The gender has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the combination of mother's authoritarian parenting style and father's authoritative parenting style and the dimensions of peer relationship.(5)The dimensions of the learning behavior of the primary school students' adjustment are more influential to the father's authoritarian and permissive parenting style;The dimensions of the peer relationship of the primary school students' adjustment are more influential to the father's authoritative parenting style;There is a significant cross-lag relationship between father's permissive parenting style and peer relationship.
