Research On Contemporary Water Ethics Values

The development of human civilization has experienced a tortuous process of worship of water, dependent on water, conquer the water and transform water. However, as the Chinese civilization of the great river, the contradiction and conflict between man and water has never been so sharp as it is today. The rapid development of economy, population overload growth,huge waste of water resources and endless water, sewage discharge, and groundwater overdraft,threatened not sustainable economic and social development. Therefore, it is an important realistic subject to reflect the traditional values of water ethics, to re understand and construct the values of the times, and to become the important practical issues of water ethics construction and water ecological civilization construction. To this end, the paper focuses on the following four aspects of the study:First, mainly through the comparative study, focuses on the analysis of the doctrine of the moral value of human centered view, water doctrine ethics value non-human center concept and people-oriented water ethical values. Summed up the three kinds of value characteristics, In the development course of concepts of three kinds of water ethics value existing concept of genre, It objectively reviews the theoretical rationality and academic achievements, and points out the limitations of the existing problems as well as the different effects on economic society.Second, the basic concepts of "water ethics values" are summarized, and a preliminary definition of "moral values of human water harmony water" is defined.Third, proposed and advocated a harmonious coexistence between man and water of water ethics value concept, analyzed the foundation of theory and practice, this kind of viewpoint of value with the materialist dialectics as its philosophical foundation, to "people and water in harmony" as the value judgement of scale, advocating "think like water" ecological holistic thinking of three parts, which is also the important innovations.Fourth, human water harmony is the new orientation of the development of human civilization, advocated the theoretical education, practical education as a way to help people to develop human water harmony of water ethics value concept and in water, flood control, water management, water protection four aspects of behavior requirement, and take appropriate measures is could eventually reach the pursuit of human water harmony ideal realm.Through the research on the contemporary water ethical values, on the one hand, it enriches the content of water ethics value, and has theoretical guiding significance to the current water ecological civilization construction. On the other hand, is conducive to the correction of the traditional value of human values to re recognize and establish communication between man and water phase values and regulating water along the behavior selection, promotion of human water harmony, and to realize national rejuvenation of the beautiful dream of China has certain practical application value.
