With the development of China's higher education reform,the field of teaching and assessment is changing deeply as well.Higher music education should take advance of the times,constantly updating and adjusting the new teaching methods and assessment tools.Accordion education and art in China has experienced the curves,the prosperity and development.Until now it has taken a big step forward in history.However,accordion education is still facing some challenges,especially in the assessment filed,existing many problems.Therefore,updating accordion teaching concepts,improving assessment methods are the primary goals for accordion education in colleges,which would be prosperity and development conditions and cornerstones of the development of accordion education.This research focus on the study of assessment tool rubrics.In case study,music education students and music performance students are chosen for simples and the accordion student performance rubrics will be designed for them respectively.Through the introduction study on rubric and accordion assessment,thus guiding the development of accordion teaching and assessment.This study would also provide some reference for other program in music education,thus in order to enrich the music teaching and evaluation system.
