The Research Of The Bronze Spears In The Shang And Zhou Dynasties Unearthed In Southeast China

The southeast region of China is the main activity area of the ancient ethnical vietnamese,the number of the Shang and Zhou dynasties bronze spears unearthed in this area,rich species and cultural feature complex.Many scholars have studied the bronze spears separately of the local area in this region,such as the wuyue region,Xiangjiang River basin,anhui south region,south china area.The results of previous studies,there is a close relationship between bronze spears in different regions.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a systematic study of the Shang and Zhou dynasties bronze spears in this region,for grasp the law of its development and evolution,summarizes the characteristics to discuss the cultural interaction between the local area and the surrounding area.In this paper,we analyze the Shang and Zhou bronze spears unearthed in Southeast China by typology.And on the basis of bronze spears dating to do the research of stage and partition.Then compared the bronze spears of the southeast region with the bronze spears in the surrounding area by the cultural elements analysis method to analysis of the cultural elements of bronze spears.Carding the development of bronze spears,distinguish the local type,exotic type and fusion type.We recognize the most important feature of the local endemic bronze spear is pastern concave.Finally,Finally take the bronze spears for cluess and combine others cultural elements to analysis the cultural interaction between the southeast and surrounding areas.We found in the late Shang Dynasty,the southeast has been influenced by the bronze culture of the Central Plains,at the same time,it also has some connection with the pre Zhou Culture,Stone spear which Popular in the late Neolithic Age to the Shang and Zhou Dynasties is also an important factor affecting the development of bronze spears.The influence of the Central Plains on the bronze culture to the southeast of China is persistent,and always in a dominant position.The cultural interaction between Chu culture area and southeast area was late to the Spring and Autumn Warring States Period,chu people conquer yue people in the form of force,However,Chu people are not only fully promoting their own culture,but also absorb some of the more advanced cultural factors from ethnical vietnamese.Because of the Chu people entering the Southeast,to a certain extent,promoted the cultural interaction between the Southeast region and Bashu region in the Warring States Period,and this interaction is a way of culture infiltration.In addition,relative to the bronze vessel,such as tripod and gui,the shape change of bronze spears put up lag,may not be able to reflect the cultural changes in a timely.
