Study on the process of mural is the basis for protection and restoration of murals and murals made.At the present stage,the research process of the glue is less.In this paper,to explore the relationship between the pigment and concentration and temperature of cementing material by the method of mural simulation experiment.This paper is a preliminary exploration of the scientification and standardization of the technology of adjusting glue.Researchers at home and abroad mainly have focused on the two aspects of material composition analysis and painting process.There are few studies on technology of adjusting glue.Know the actual cause,the cementing material is rarely used in the process of mural making.On the other hand,it belongs to the organic material,so It's easy to age.After thousands of years of deterioration,its content is very low and its composition is complex.These reasons make the cementing material difficult to detect,and the research is difficult.Glue concentration experiments with azurite-1 and azurite-3,malachite-1,and malachite-3,2%?9%glue as the research object.Glue temperature experiment with azurite,cinnabar and realgar and 20??55? of glue as the research object.According to the experimental design,the murals are simulated.The aging test,freezing thawing test and air permeability test were carried out on the simulated test block of the murals.Before and after aging,the microscopic morphology was observed by microscope,and the color difference was measured before and after freeze-thaw.Particle analysis of pigments,the viscosity of krafft gum at different concentration and temperature was determined.Azurite-1 is larger than azurite-3 on particle size,malachite-1 is larger than malachite-3 on particle size,i.e.the same kind of paint color number is larger,the smaller particle size,more shallow color.The viscosity curves of different concentrations of kraft gum vary with temperature.The pigment with large particle size showed better aging resistance under the higher concentration of glue,and the pigment with smaller granularity showed better aging resistance at lower adhesive concentration.Each pigment is suitable for sizing at different temperatures.
