The development of new technology often means the emergence of new consumer markets.With the development of internet technology,the interaction mode of physical form such as computer,mobile terminal and other physical forms are gradually infiltrating into all aspects of our life,and its interactive experience is being more mature and perfect.This paper will discuss the internet financing,compared to the traditional ways of financial management,which has the advantages of high efficiency,high profit,convenience and so on,so it has been favored by many consumers.Financial users are mainly divided into personal users and enterprise users.Compared with the former,the latter has the characteristics of large cash flow,high safety requirements and strict purchasing procedure.For any internet brand,under the same internet financing brand,there are some consistency and differences between the product forms and design of individual users and enterprise users.At present,the design and research of internet financing websites for personal users are relatively mature and perfect.However,the research shows that the current purchase success rate of financial website for enterprise users is not high.After we found that the current domestic enterprise financial websites framework and structure scattered,confusing.The design styles are not consistent with the corresponding personal financing websites.It is difficult for users to buy the products they want in a short period of time.Complex processes are easy to mislead users' behavior,distract the attention of users,and cause the users' boredom and confusion,which ultimately lead to the lack of power of online enterprise financing users.As a result,it is therefore difficult for users to get the desired experience and expected product information in a short time.Therefore,starting from the situation theory,this paper probes into the characteristics of the situation law of internet enterprise user financing consumption and personal user financing consumption,and the factors influencing users'consumption in the situation.And then draw a preliminary conclusion,in the process of enterprise online financing activities,the consistency of the situation is one of the factors that drive people's consumption activities.The promotion factors based on the good situation differentiation experience of enterprise users can make them produce strong brand identity feelings and comfort experience,which will enrich the use experience of corporate finance website,and ultimately promote the exploration and initiative of consumers.The main innovation of this paper is the situation transfer model based on situation theory as the basic research method,after in-depth study of the psychological characteristics of the enterprise financial customer.Finally,we try to analyze the needs of target users through user observation,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey method to propose the interface design method based on situation transfer model of the enterprise financing platform.Finally,the enterprise financial website design strategy is proposed combing with the five levels of user experience elements,containing the strategy,scope,framework,structure,performance layer,which is proved to be useful through the operation data after the platform is online.
