After the birth of photography,realistic ability to imitate the real world strain of traditional painting,but practice proves that painting has not replaced by photography,instead urged painting gradually diversified development,so as to promote the development of the western modern art.Photographic images for the creation of the painter play a supplementary role at the same time,to some extent,can also help widen our sight and oil painting creation so how to grasp the photographic image and the relationship between the oil painting creation,how to use photographic images in the oil painting creation,it is very important.Discussed in this paper,combined with their own creation in the oil painting creation for the use of photographic image problem.Generated by comparing oil painting in photography before and after the development and changes,from the Angle of the oil painting creation to discuss the relationship between painting and photography,through the analysis of a series of representative painters,discussed the photographic image used in the oil painting creation,and by using photographic images to expand the traditional way of watching and expression method,and expounds the concrete application of photographic images in my painting.
