In recent years,China has become the world's third largest art market,but in the development process there are price confusion,shoddy and other defects,therefore,art prices become scholars,financial institutions,relevant departments and art consumers Focus on the issue.On the one hand,China's art market has developed rapidly,even in 2009-2011 once exceeded the United States as the world's largest art market,but has not yet formed a complete art market system.On the other hand,the evaluation of the value of art is difficult to be the bottleneck of financial innovation of art in China.In view of this,this paper focuses on the evaluation of the value of works of art and the impact of art prices,with a view to accurately grasp the value of China's art content and market price changes to provide new ideas.This paper first studies the value evaluation of artwork.On the basis of establishing the index system,the ten auction periods from 2012 to 2016 are the research interval,and the top ten auction prices are used as the research samples,and the Delphi Method and analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the index,and finally get the weighted value of each sample evaluation score.Secondly,this paper makes an empirical study on the factors influencing the price of art,and takes each sub-value factor in the value assessment as the explanatory variable,and adds the macroeconomic variables,including GDP,the stock of M2,the exchange rate of the current month,the sales of real estate and the stock market The turnover of the five indicators,the concept of market variables,including the sample of the Chinese sample market turnover indicators and micro-subject variables,the auction company's cumulative turnover indicators to sample the auction price of art for the explanatory variables to establish the characteristic price model and regression analysis And partial correlation analysis.The empirical results show that the aesthetic value,artistic value and historical value of the works of art are the main price influencing factors,and the influence of historical value on the price is the biggest and the negative direction is negative.The exchange rate is the most influential price of art.The main market factors;GDP and M2 will have a long-term effect on the price level of the art market,but in the short term,there is no significant impact on the price of a single artwork.In view of the above problems,this paper argucs that the establishment of a scientific evaluation system and a sound database of works of art statistics is an urgent and effective measure.To establish a unified third party accreditation body,to improve the inaccuracy of the participants is to study the price of art,To standardize the basis of the art market;to the high value of the works of art to be funded,marketing,to reduce the degree of market information asymmetry,and promote the promotion of consumer aesthetic taste,thereby reducing the art market price and intrinsic value of the deviation.
