Conceptual Ink Painting Research And Creation

Since the "85 New Waves",Chinese ink-and-wash art has gradually lost its single ideology dominated by traditions,showing a diversified situation both in terms of form and concept.This means that our values and judgment standards for contemporary ink painting are more diversified.Artists can be free from the constraints of traditional culture and can pay more attention to their own emotional and spiritual expressions.This article mainly analyzes and explains "conceptual art","conceptual ink painting",and narrates the influence of the author when he was creating works.This article discusses the research and creation of concept ink painting from three parts.First,in the first chapter,the author discriminates the concepts of "conceptual art"and "conceptual ink painting".The second part is a case study of the works of three representative artists Gu Wenda,Zhang Yu and Cai Guangbin under the contemporary context,so as to understand how contemporary Chinese ink painting artists express their ideas through ink paintings.The third part is the author's art creation combined with his own artistic language after in-depth study of the concept of ink painting,and combined with the specific works to analyze.The author pays particular attention to the expression of ideas in his creation,and to reflect the importance of the concept for the author's artistic creati on.
