Deliberative governance is named after Deliberative democracy,is a new paradigm formed in the concept and methods of deliberative democracy in the field of public governance in the past three decades.The Multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by Chinese Communist Party is a basic political system in our country.Uphold and improve this system is an important part of socialist democratic politics and political reform.Economic development and social progress provide a broad space and lots of chance for Democratic parties'political participation.In our country,the content?ways and motivation of the Democratic parties'political participation is closely linked with our national conditions together.It is adapted to the process of democratization in China.It provides service for China's democratic political development and shows the characteristic of China.It differs from the Western political parties'participation in essence.The paper summarizes the Status quo of the Democratic parties'political participation under the view of Deliberative governance in our country. It also summarizes China and Western Deliberative Democracy in the background, theoretical basis, political functions and practical form,compares the differences and similarities between them,then analyzes the implications of Western Deliberative Democracy that brought.This paper starts from the practice of the democratic parties'political participation and takes the political consultative conference group proposals as analysis samples.
