Legal Regulation Of Online Legal Service

Since 2012,Lvgou and Lyun as the representative for the new type of online legal service rise rapidly,it based on the e-commerce platform,make arrangement on both the internet and mobile internet,providing customers with a new approach to purchase legal services.Along with the rapid development of online legal service,it is extremely favourable to reduce the price of lawyer service and develop new habit of online shopping for customers,and it cater to goal of establishing socialist country under the rule of law. Nevertheless,it is been a short time since the rise of online legal service,under the circumstances of lacking effective supervision and restriction,the problem of legality of dispute resolution arouse great concern.Online legal service is different from the common lawyer services for the reason of involvement of e-commerce,it's legal relation is more complex when it compares to the common lawyer services either.In view of the specificity of online legal service,the prior legal issues in the process of development is how to define it in aspect of law,how to analyze the specific legal relationship in different kinds of online legal services,how to improve the mechanism of industry access and dispute settlement.On these issues,this thesis consisted of four parts.Firstly, analyze the concept of online legal service, characteristics, legal character, determine the reason of the rise of online legal service. Secondly, by searching the Lvgou and Lyun consumer service agreement, analyze its operation mode by registering, point out that the legitimacy of online legal service and the existing problems in the process of providing legal services. Thirdly,on the basis of reviewing the the related literature and precedents,explains the method of how to avoid its legality dispute for online legal service of the United States and the relevant regulatory measures on the the online legal service forced by regulatory authority, thus reach enlightenment on online legal service market in our country.Finally,perfecting our country's legal services in respect of regulation,consumers information security,the litigation system and the method of responsibility.
