In recent years, with the development of e-government and information infrastructure, government website and e- government system has been set up all over the country, which with one-stop government service as the goal, to strengthen the information disclosure, interactive communication and the ability of online business. Online administrative service, is a realistic choice of the objective need of public management development in information age not only, but also the important path to transform government functions and build a service-oriented government. O nline administrative services to information technology as the medium, government process reengineering for conditions change the public service system, so as to transform government functions, to push the construction of a service-oriented government. With online administrative services growing, we must evaluate the government online administrative service ability, and constantly optimize and perfect the administrative services online.Online administrative services focus on services. The public is the government's customers, so the quality of the work of the government in the final analysis depends on how the public satisfaction. The quality of online administrative services by end customers- the public evaluation is persuasive. In line with the concept of "there is no standard, cannot judge", this article from the perspective of customer satisfaction to evaluate online administrative service ability. In this paper, based on the theory of customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction evaluation and the reality basis of government service, fully consider online administrative service's own characteristics, set up a online administrative service based on customer satisfaction evaluation standard. By the expert scoring method and the application of AHP to establish evaluation index system and establishing the weight, in Hubei province people's government website, for example, it is concluded that the public on its online administrative service satisfaction score, according to the assessment conclusion is given the corresponding policy recommendations. Finally, the paper has carried on the summary and further research, and assessment system for the future research is proposed.
