Administration are requesting the right to appeal the court the right to make a fair referee which includes the right to sue to obtain jurisdiction and administration to be impartial jurisdiction.lt is an affirmation of citizens of an independent personality,is a new type of equality of citizens and government relations,confirmed that its citizens are" administrative rights"protection.Administration the right to appeal should be an integral part of human rights,natural rights are an extension of humanity,and other right of appeal as are a power to resist oppression and tyranny of rights,it has become a modern country citizens a fundamental right and guaranteed by the Constitution.Administration the right to appeal our country at the end of the 20th century to establish since the 80's,in the courts as well as the efforts of all sectors of the community has been great development,but the administration right to appeal because of the establishment of our country at the time is not long,but also because of the administrative appeal with the traditional culture of our country out of tune,thus administration the right to appeal the development is facing many difficulties.This paper introduces the administrative litigation law security in China, the development situation of and in-depth analysis of the administrative litigation in security in the process of the problems and deficiencies. And through the continental law system and common law administrative litigation law guarantee for the research of the current situation, to learn experience and teach, and put forward some suitable for China's administrative litigation law of the security of the method.
