The Inheritance And Development Of The Mass Line By Xi Jinping

The mass line of Chinese Communist Party is an important theoretical achievements of Marxism Scinicization, and is a good traditional work style formed in historical practice. The main content of Party's mass line is as follow: "everything for the masses, all rely on the masses, from the masses, to the masses". The mass line requires party member to serve the people heart and soul, think and solve the problems standing in masses perspective. The party's historical practice shows that only doing well masses work, learning humbly from the masses, strengthening the connection between the Party and the masses, regarding the masses interests as the starting point and the foothold, and always representing fundamental interests of broad masses can keeping on progress and forge ahead toward communism cause.With the deepening economic system reform, the increase change of social structure,the adjustment of interests pattern and idea change, all the mass work's object, content and environment are changed profoundly, and it is faced with many new situations,new problems and new challenges. Since the eighteenth congress of the Party, Xi Jin ping as the general secretary of the new central collective leadership, it faces with increasingly complex environment at home and abroad, therefore the Party implement mass line through a series of measures and policies. In this paper, we mainly discussed the development and inheritance of the mass line by Xi, interpreted the main content of Xi's mass view, and generalized the practice of the mass line of Xi in detail including the serious discipline's style and strong anti-corruption, etc.According to Xi as the core of the central Party committee to lead the Party members in carrying out the mass line practice education activities, the opposing four work styles, three strict and three true, and anti-corruption's achievements, objectively summarized the practice achievements of Xi's masses view.
