The government information disclosure has made great progress in our country since the implementation of the government information disclosure regulations of the People's Republic of China. Both the state council's SASAC and local SASACs have made positive exploration and achieved certain results in work practice of information disclosure, with the good exercise of the state-owned assets regulatory functions. Due to the macro legal environment and work actual situation, information disclosure of all levels of SASACs in our country is still in the exploring stage.Taking Tianjin SASAC as an example, this thesis carries out a careful analysis on the work experience, shortcomings and problems of both the system establishment and work practice of its information disclosure, with a comprehensive use of literature research, comparative analysis, summary induction. Based on the relevant experience, the thesis gives some countermeasures and suggestions on how to make a further improvement in the information disclosure of Tianjin SASAC in terms of external environment and self-construction.The thesis argues that Tianjin SASAC should make more efforts in the improvement of information disclosure's system, the innovation of open channel construction, the improvement of information quality. At the same time, Tianjin SASAC should also conduct a good information disclosure in the key areas of the state-owned assets supervision and reform of state-owned enterprises, the high profile issues and those things which are closely related to the interests of worker masses, respond positively to the social concern and ensure the citizens' right to know.
