Accelerate the construction of a service-oriented and service-oriented government party is one of China national organizations and bodies of the primary task at present,public sector employees work more and more emotional,especially in direct contact with the masses service line window and other positions.Public sector workers is necessary to provide satisfactory services,but also showing enthusiasm,friendly attitude,etc.,in order to obtain a good relationship between the government and the public,so as to enhance the quality of government services.But at the same time,the Chinese characteristics,government organizations,public sector workers will be subject to pressure from superiors invisible,in the face of people visiting between superiors and public sector employees in how to reconcile the two in line with the balance at the same time express essential requirements of the public sector sentiment.Domestic and international studies have repeatedly demonstrated the relationship between emotional labor and self-efficacy,carry emotional labor may cause burnout in the public sector.However,in the initial stages of exploring and building service-oriented and service-oriented goverrnment parties,excessive emotional labor which will lead to negative effects is one of the directions of this paper to study.As first-line junior civil servants of the police officers,their work requires frequent contact with people,on the one hand asking them to actively carry emotional labor,so the police line paper selected as the research object to 102 grassroots Nanjing six city police station as samples,literature research,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to explore the relationship between emotional labor,burnout and resilience between the focus on resilience factors are in emotional labor among the various factors play a regulatory role,with a view to future government human resource management policy recommendations.1.Factor analysis:emotional labor including emotional labor itself,job satisfaction,burnout,and pride in work,a waste of time five factors;emotional labor itself including emotional work,emotional labor-masks,emotional labor-self-efficacy a sense of three factors.2.correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis showed that:restoring power table three dimensions are related to emotional labor-self-efficacy is positively correlated with emotional labor-mask a negative correlation.3.correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis showed that:burnout and job satisfaction,emotional labor-self-efficacy was negatively correlated;resilience of the resilience,strength and optimism and job satisfaction,emotional labor-self-efficacy a positive correlation,a negative correlation with job burnout;emotional labor-the resilience and self-efficacy,job satisfaction is positively related to emotional labor-mask satisfaction and job satisfaction,emotional labor-self-efficacy positively correlated.4.Multiple regression analysis showed that:the resilience of each factor in emotional labor-masks,emotional labor-regulation exists between self-efficacy;in job satisfaction,and emotional labor-the absence of regulation between self-efficacy.
