Currently, the first and second circuit court has to work, it means that China's exploration of the Circuit Court to enter the practical stage.Papers for the Supreme Court to establish the existence of some deficiencies Circuit Court in the legislative and judicial practice to sort out and assessment, and on this basis, put forward a sound system in the Circuit Court of the relevant recommendations.
