With the rapid development of China's economic and social development,the changing of the government functions and the focus of urban management,grassroots party organizations in the economic development,social harmony,improve people's livelihood and the role of the increasingly important role.I am in the Changchun city two district has made some achievements at the grass-roots party construction work in recent years,also explored some experiences,but with the change of the reality of the area,the two district of the original rural area along with the development of city and city layout to expand outside has become a part of the city but they worry,strong rural atmosphere,change in the village will bring a series of problems also play a role in bring a great challenge to the grass-roots party organizations,two district in the "Villages" reform as a breakthrough,to the construction of grass-roots party organizations as a guide,to come out a new way of grass-roots party organization construction however,there are also many problems need to be solved and breakthrough.The Changchun City "Chengzhongcun" as an example,in this particular area of grassroots organizations of the party construction work research,combined with the actual work,the weak links and existing problems to propose the countermeasure and the suggestion.
