Since the beginning of the 1980s,China has began to be repeated and improve in the field of health sector inside and outside the institutional.Although reform has got some achievements,these initial results are still difficult to meet people's growing health demand.Among them,the doctor-patient conflicts has become focus of the society.Disputes and incidents of violence triggered by the doctor-patient relationship are frequent in the country,and intensified.When how to deal with the relationship of doctor-patient has become a problem related to people's lives closely which is need to be solved urgently,not only in medical service,Chinese government should taken supervised and intervened within their functions.At the same time,the abnormal relationship of doctor-patient which may bring the potential threat to social stability and economical development also reflects the emergency and necessity of solving the problem.To this end,the relevant government departments continue to finding measures to ease the contradiction between hospitals and patients,including the urge to improve hospital management services to try to enhance communication and coordination with the patient,etc.Although achieve some success but did not improve fundamentally.Besides that,"medical trouble" "Scalpers" is also emerging as a group,continue to disrupt the healthy development of China's health care sector.Given this situation,this article from the perspective of public management discipline to government functions as a starting point to discuss how to ease our doctor-patient conflicts.The paper gives an object description on the development of study and related background,and defines the core concept of of doctor-patient relationship and government functions.It is combining both home and abroad research results and related theory summary to carry out fundamental research,which provides a theoretical basis for finding and solving the problem of investigation.Through investigation and analysis of the hospital in Hubei Province,and health centers,paper deduced the result of it to the whole country of doctor-patient relationship,and took the deep thinking.Based on the investigation and analysis of problems in the process of reflected above,as well as the combination of medical and health system in our country after all previous reforms of state and the related social medical environment analysis,we can find that there is function offside and loss in Chinese government in the presence of dealing with the contradiction between doctors and patients.At the last,learning from the experience of Japan,the United States,Britain and other advanced international experience,the article tries to give some targeted policy recommendations and proposed solutions in Alleviate doctor-patient conflicts:through transforming the government functions to improve the offside situation,and by strengthening the government in the economic,social,legal three functions to solve the problem of lack of government functions.Only in this way,can the government properly perform their functions correctly and effectively to build our harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
