The Analysis Of China’s Maritime Rights Disputes

The earth is made up of land and sea.Sea area accounts for 71 percent of the entire area of the earth.Sea is not only an important trade channel,but also a resource storehouse for survival and development.With the deepening of human understanding of ocean and formation of advanced maritime,the people gradually strengthen the ocean race and occupation.United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea makes clear explanation for territorial sea,contiguous zone,exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.It caused the border disputes of the world in various sea area once again.A country and nation must go to the ocean to become a real power in the world.There are many questions in China and the surrounding ocean neighboring maritime demarcation.Even there are many delimitation of the sea area between several countries.Contemporary China’s maritime rights and interests dispute problem to be solved urgently.How to completely get rid of the problem of the maritime rights and interest disputes is an important issue for the scholars at present.It needs to attract the attention of scholars.Paper is divided into six parts altogether: the first part in introduction,including the paper selected topic reason and significance,literature review,research purpose,methods and innovation.The second part,I explain the current situation of China’s maritime rights and interests disputes.For instant,marine resources are grabbed,there are many contradictions in sea area and a threat at the traffic arteries.In the third part of article,from the national security interests,political interests,economic interests and cultural interests,carries out inquiry what the causes of the maritime rights and interests.And the fourth part expounds the basic principle of China’s maritime right and interest maintenance and position.The fifth part,China has put forward three measures to protect the maritime rights and interests.The sixth part is divided into the conclusion part of the article,and looking around the world hand in hand together to promote the sustainable development of ocean.
