With the development of China's economic,the copyright industry has developed rapidly.Its contribution for China's economy has been steadily rising.And faster industrial development of cultural enterprises puts forward higher requirements to deal with.Copyright redevelopment,the transfer of copyright,financing,tax planning,etc.,all need the value of copyright.Companies need to make decisions on these values.While the development of the Internet Age,many large enterprises to achieve electronic management of works.Network copyright and traditional copyright exists many differences;network can record and search to provide more references for the assessment of copyright.Evaluating the economic valuation of Network Copyright is the problem that the companies must solve.It's also cultural enterprises intangible management and development opportunities.This article answers what the network copyright is,what differences between Network Copyright and traditional copyright are,why network copyright need assessment,when network copyright need assessment and how to assess the value.The first part of the article makes a brief introduction of research background and content,research status and research ideas and methods.It defines the object of the study--network copyright.We research culture corporate how to achieve network copyright valuate,and through literature induction,model construction and case studies to complete the studies.The second chapter of the article analysis the object of study — Network Copyright,including its concept,content channels,and influence factors.Copyright on the network analysis can help readers sort out the reason we choose these parameters in the assessment.The third chapter is divided into hierarchical part,network copyright valuation system contains the foundation layer,influence factors layer,method layer and the results layer.We categorize the evaluation purposes,the purpose of the assessment with the interests of stakeholders involved,the corresponding value types and assessment methods that can be selected.The fourth chapter is to build a Network Copyright assessment models.From the applicable conditions of the four methods,we introduce every model and parameter selection.The income approach in the current economic valuation of copyright is themost widely used.Market approach due to the lack of comparable cases,the application is limited,but with the construction of value management database,the scope of its application will gradually expand.The fifth chapter is to introduce a network platform for Network Copyright valuation and how to use it.This section focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the current platform and parameter selection in the application.The case is a virtual case,only for the platform and introduce of the model that has been established.Chapter six is a summary and outlook.We summarize the assessment methods above designed,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system and assessment platform.At last we point out the future direction that the platform can be consummated.The main idea of this paper is to analyze Network Copyright assessment framework,and build a suitable platform for cultural enterprises to achieve the assessment of intangible assets and value management.In this paper,we make a comprehensive analysis of the economic valuation of network copyright system,it is possible to help people outside the industry understand what's network copyright and assessment methods.On the other hand,we propose that customer life cycle theory can be used for network copyright evaluation.It's a new idea and approach for cultural enterprises to master the economic value of the network copyrights.
