Under the background of "Internet +",E-commerce is developing rapidly,online shopping platform,represented by Taobao,Jindong is extremely popular with people of all ages.To meet the needs of cargo transport brought by online shopping,courier service companies have risen rapidly.However,even though courier service has brought a lot of convenience,it also exposed many problems.There are inadequacies when courier service disputes took place,compared with the courier service organization,As the receiver of the courier services,recipient's rights are more vulnerable to be damaged.In Online shopping activity,the seller as the sender form a contractual relationship with courier service company,and the recipients as the interests of third persons,are not parties of the courier service contract,whether Recipients have right to claim indemnity towards courier service companies when compensation claims happened is in dispute.Thus,It is difficult for the recipient to protect their legitimate interests.Recipients' legitimate rights and interests have been infringed mainly in the following situations:shipment delays,damage,loss,compensation disputes and the Personal Information of recipients being divulged and abused.The author believe that only by endowing the recipient,who is on the downside,the independent of plea for compensation,to making sure it can be able to trace accountability towards the courier service company directly.in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests of the recipient better.To solve these problems,the author proposes specific recommendations to perfect Protection of recipients in courier service contracts,including improving the legislation,giving the recipient legal support to protect their interests.and regulate the performance and formation of courier service contracts,reducing probability of courier service contracts disputes,etc.while put forward some ways to perfect the recipient information protection in the case of The recipients' personal information has been violated.
