The death penalty is the most popular because of its harsh nature. The issue of the death penalty, the application of the death penalty, the right to review the death penalty, the rights of the death penalty, including its right to the right and the procedural right, have been the focus of attention. The right of the death penalty is a legal person's right, including the substantive rights and procedural rights. The death penalty crime is a criminal who has been sentenced to death by the state judicial organs and sentenced to death and has not been executed. The personal freedom is restricted, the substantive rights are difficult to be guaranteed, and the right of the right is the best protection for the human rights of the death penalty. This paper tries to study the rights of the death penalty, and then understand the procedure rights of the death penalty. At the same time, we find out the defects of the procedural rights of the death penalty in our country, and put forward the reasonable suggestions to improve the system of the death penalty.
