Empirical Analysis On The Robbery And Crime Of Extortion

The offence of robbery and the offence of extortion by blackmail appear frequently which are geared to property crime.There are some controversy in the theoretical circles and juridical practice, especially in the judicial practice due to the deviation of the cognition of the traditional theories, there lead to difficultly differentiate the crime robbery and the crime of extortion. This paper which mainly are from the level of violence, "Two spot" theory and objective analysis,uses empirical research methods,combines the perspective of theoretical research with relevant cases to distinguish the two crimes. On the one hand, this paper sorts out the related theories, and offersour own ideas from another aspect.
