Study On The Compilation Of Criminal Code

Amendment,as one of the pattern of criminal legislation than other patterns,seemingly in legislative practice has been successful,but in the theoretical circle still has a few different opinions,one of the most characteristic is that some scholars put forward should timely penal code compiling. Today,China is building up a system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the legislation must take the first step,legislation should play the role of leading and promoting,seize this key to improve the quality of legislation.which of course should consider the problem in penal code compiling as the back-up for the whole society. But it is regret that reaction for this profound problem is not so strong among academics,not to mention some systematic research achievement for penal code compiling.Systematicly analyzing nine revised sample in penal code and combining basic compiling theory,this paper discuss the necessity and urgency of penal code compiling from the existing problem in current situation and some conditions available.And also this paper offers technics and suggestions to help solve the problem.
