Study On Copyright Issues In The We-media Field

With the development of technology, We-media has been widely accepted by people because of its anonymity, civilian oriented and timeliness.It is influenceing and even changing our lives.As the "son of technology", the copyright is bound to be affected by it.Through We-media, everyone can be a reporter, and also everyone can be an author.We-media has gradually changed the way through which people access,use, transfer, create and publish works.At the same time, a variety of issues related to copyright have gradually emerged.In recent years, the endless stream of disputes about copyright in We-media environment pushes us to pay more attention to the protection of copyright in the We-media environment.Due to most of the current disputes about copyright in We-media environment is about literary works,I will take literary works as an example to make the analysis and demonstration more thorough and more specific.In the second chapter, I take the basic theory of the media as the breakthrough point and analyze the types of text expression in the We-media environment to pave the way for the following discussion and discussion of the relevant copyright theory.I believe that even in the We-media environment whose main pursuit is sharing,the author is still entitled to copyright and the judgment standard of the originality of the work is consistent with the works in the traditional field.Therefore, in the third chapter,I analyze the original judgment standards of the text expression in the We-media environment, and the rights attribute of the different types of text expression.In the fourth chapter,I discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by the copyright system in the We-media environment.The development of We-media has enriched the subject, object and content of the copyright,but at the same time, all kinds of new situations and new things have impacts on the existing copyright theory and legislation.How to make use of the opportunities and how to deal with challenges are both problems that the copyright system and legislation have to answer.I think that in order to better adapt to the characteristics of the media environment and make full use of the media,copyright in this field, compared to the traditional fields, should be subject to more restrictions.Therefore, in the fifth chapter, I discuss the rationality and feasibility of the further expansion of copyright restrictions in the We-media environment.In the We-media environment,there are many cases about copyright infringement.The last chapter is about the analysis of the types and characteristics of the tort, and puts forward practical suggestions on how to protect copyright in this field.
