Analysis On Villager's Cultivation Of Socialist Core Values In The Construction Of Beautiful Village

Citizens' cultivation issue of socialist core values has been of great importance attached by China government.As a large agricultural country,villagers' cultivation issue of socialist core values is particularly prominent.According to the National Bureau of Statistics data,until the end of 2015,the rural population amounts to 603 million,accounting for 43.90 percent of the total population.It demonstrates that rural area is still a large main battlefield for the cultivation of socialist core values.This study focus on the profound connotation of �patriotic,dedicated,sincere,friendly� in socialist core values.Taking cognitive situation of socialist core values at individual level of villagers in Da Pu New Village,a model village of rural construction in Anhui province countryside as example,as well as the questionnaire for the implement situation of �patriotic,dedicated,sincere,friendly� in rural area,It indicates that villagers in Da Pu New Village have scarce knowledge and even an inappropriate understanding for socialist core values with a low participation in socialist core values campaign by analyzing the current situation of cultivation of socialist core values in rural area.From the internal cause point of view,it is mainly ascribed to the villagers' lack of education level,the bondage of traditional values,the deep-rooted traditional small-scale peasant consciousness and the villagers' lack of faith.From the external cause point of view,it is mainly owing to the impact of foreign values,the lack of propaganda from rural grass roots organizations,and oversimplified cultivating core values way.Accordingly,we propose the effective countermeasures on the perspective of the villagers themselves,national government and the rural grass-roots regime.The concrete countermeasure is to strengthen the villagers' cultural education and improve educational level of the villagers;to make the cultivation close to actual demands of the villagers and improve the villagers' acceptance of socialist core values;to build policy guidance mechanism and guide the cultivation of socialist core values;to strengthen the construction of the rural public cultural system and organically combine the advanced culture and native culture;to strengthen leading role of rural organizations at the grass-roots level in farmers' cultivating socialist core values;to strengthen organizational role of rural organizations at the grass-roots level in farmers' cultivating socialist core values;To strengthen management role of rural organizations at the grass-roots level.
