Investigation Report Of Xuzhou City Civil False Litigation Procuratorial Supervision

According to characteristics of the false litigation forms of diversity, serious harmful consequences, the procuratorial organs actively explore means of supervision, open up the field of supervision, innovation and working mechanism, give full play to the according to the authority to investigate the behavior of the role, by means of the procuratorial suggestions, protest, transferred to the crime clues and has certain supervisory effect.
