Farmers financing difficult problem is that in recent years, the law circles and economic, financial academia discussion hot topic. With the continuous progress of the construction of new rural economy in our country, farmers financing problem has become an important factor restricting the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Then solve the rural farmers financing problem is to solve "three agriculture" problems.Rural and agriculture into the "13th Five-Year" period of development, facing the great historical task of deepening rural reform. With the development of economy, the demand for capital increase of farmers, and farmers lack collateral, shortage of supply of rural finance and the policy support of the government and the real fall problem is not perfect.
