In recent years, the speed of urbanization of our country is accelerating, the urbanization is a significant strategy of our country 's development. migrant workers into the city has become a critical step in promoting new urbanization. With the development of the times, Now the new migrant workers which is one of new large group of the migrant workers is increasingly becoming the mainstay in the migrant groups. based on the 2014 National Survey of migrant workers monitoring published by the National Bureau of statistics, it indicates that The total number of national migrant workers is 270 million people, the number of the 16-30 years accounted for 33.7%.On the basis of calculation, In 2014, the total number of new generation migrant workers is about 90.99 million people. So,the new generation of migrant workers into the city is significant.Chongqing as the urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area, their household registration system reform for migrant workers is gradually deepening, social security, housing, employment and other related policies to benefit migrant workers are constantly improving, all this has created favorable conditions for migrant workers into urban communities. However, it appears many problems in the process of integration into urban society on the new generation of migrant workers.There are many problems such as the social security, psychological, employment, etc. It caused a embarrassing position that they are eager to integrate in but it is difficult to integrate in. if these problem is not solved will greatly restricts their social integration, and then they will have to return to their the domicile of the countryside, or will be the state of unemployed, This will not only cause the waste of human resources, at the same time, will lead to social contradictions, affect social stability. Therefore, the new generation of migrant workers is not only the urgent needs of the development of urbanization, and is the inevitable requirement of development of social harmony and stability.Therefore, this research in the perspective of Capability approach of Amartya Sen. To explore the way to improve the Capability of the new generation of migrant workers, which contains political freedoms, economic facilities, social opportunities, transparent guarantees and protective security to promote the intergration into urban society of the new migrant workers. The main contents include: the first chapter, the research background, significance, method and introduction of important and difficult point of the study. The second chapter, discussed and defined in this study involves such as cability, the new generation of migrant workers, social integration and related concept. The introduction of theoretical basis of research and the review of related research at home and abroad about the new generation of migrant workers social integration. The third chapter introduces and analyses the general characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers social integration in Chongqing, Through the literature of new generation migrant workers policy environment and institutional supply analysis of Chongqing and through the questionnaire survey understand the basic characteristics of new generation of migrant workers of Chongqing. The fourth chapter analysis the problems of the new generation of migrant workers social integration. The fifth chapter analysis the cause of the new migrant workers' social integration problems in the perspective of cability. The sixth chpter is puting forward the way to promote the intergration into city of new migrant workers. based on the actual and the existing problems of social integration of the new migrant workers in Chongqing.
