With the continuous progress of modern science and technology, the network has been developing rapidly.People's work and life is inseparable from the network,and the governance of the country is in more use of network technology, so the changes the network brings to the world have gone far beyond the earlier judgment and expectations.The Internet is changing the world and changing China too.With the continuous strengthening of the network application, the new problems as network theft and network fraud emerge in an endless stream, and the legislation of China's network security is of great importance and necessity. Currently China has introduced hundreds of laws, regulations, rules, judicial interpretations and normative documents about network, which has initially formed of the basic system of our country law of the network.Compared with the rapid development of the network speed, network legislation is very immature.There are still many problems to be solved.The legislator must consider the choice of legislation mode of network, the value orientation, and the basic principles, which are basic norms and legislation departments should follow. On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience,we combine with the actual situation of our country network development,and strengthen the legislation for the network of the basic laws and special laws of our country. At the same time, we should improve the existing general law of the network security legislation, and eventually improve the network security legislation, so that we can promote the development of the China's network healthily.
