Since July 2013, Central Political and Law Commission, Supreme People's court and Supreme People's procuratorate, have issued a series regulations to prevent miscarriage,which show the determination of government and also outline the general framework of miscarriage prevention, especially The Provisions on Effective Prevention of Miscarriage,an important basis for Procuratorial organs, released by Supreme People's procuratorate In 2013.To effectively prevent the occurrence of miscarriage, it's necessary to deeply analysis on the countermeasures of Procuratorial organs.In this paper, by revealing the problems the Procuratorial organs have and analysis the causes of the problems, pay more attentions on the shortcomings of Procuratorial organs at the meantime provided solutions which hope to be helpful for the prevention.
