The Study On Legal Issues Of The Offshore Financial Supervision Of China

Since it opened up in 1989 in China, offshore financial business has a history of 26 years. Affected by Asian Financial crisis, the development of offshore financial business was paused in 1999. And now offshore financial business in China has developed to a certain level, especially under the promotion of the development of FTA, but there is still a wide gap compared to the developed countries.Offshore financial business is easier to trigger financial risk, interfere with the normal economic order in a country, and even have negative impact on the development of the global financial system. Against this background, setting up a supervision legal system adapting to our national conditions has profound practical significance, which may protect and maintain the stabilization of the financial order. Constantly exposed the lack of financial supervision increasingly affect the future development of our offshore financial business.This thesis combed the status of our offshore financial business, and summarizes defects and shortcomings of the existing supervision legal system of our country. By analyzing the regulation experiences of developed countries and regions, and the legal problems in the supervision system of offshore business, this thesis tries to give suggestions to improve the supervision legal system of our country.
