| With the rapid development of computer technology and network communication technology, people’s life, production and operation mode of enterprise are changing so much. Many enterprises and institutionshave set up a dedicated information technology sector, in order to develop all kinds of information construction work, and the lawyer industry has also been impacted by technology without precedent. The traditional pattern of law firm management and legal services means cannot meet the requirement of legal service under the new situation. A lot of repeated labor seriously affects the work efficiency, scatteredlawyer personal resources are not conducive to resource integration and management disorder implied a lot of risks. So information construction is the objective requirement of the law firm development.This article summarized the main problems existing in the informationization system through analyzing the present situation and problems of information construction of Jinmalawyer firm, including lowinformation technology utility ratio, brand with less prominent, lack of resources sharing,unstandardized service. Then from the perspective of law firm information application consciousness and the development strategy, this paper analyzed the cause of these problems. Combined with information theory, this paper put forward the construction of information service platform and management platform, implementingthe control of business process, income distribution,knowledge management, customer experience, legalvisualization, handheld officeas well as the standardization and high efficiencyof the management.Jinmalaw firm can provide information services through customer experience mode, law visualization mode and informationdissemination mode,and build working system with business process standardization, precision large data services and borderless team cooperation.Finally, to ensure the smooth implementation of Jinma lawyer firm informationizationsystem, safeguard measures of informationization system implementation should be set up with participation and supportfrom partners, good communication feedbackmechanism, informational technology training, human resources and enterprise culture.This study analyzes the present situation of the Jinma lawyer firminformationization system and the existing problems, putting forward the informationization system construction and implementation plan.This can has a certain reference and guidance significance for Jinma lawyer firm and other law firms. |
