Researching Of Military Marriage Protection

Marx once said:“If you want to live a better life, you should get married with another one. Just like half of a ball is unable to scroll, it's important for every adult to find their matching half.” The importance of marriage to an adult can be seen from this quote, military is of no exception. However, due to the particularity of their occupation, military marriage has been the primary problem that beset them. Occupational risks and poor working environment leads to the instability in their marriage. National defense is important to the long-term development of a country, however, this requires the selfless devotion of soldiers. As it known to all, soldiers may sometimes face dangerous situation in their work which may affect their marriage. In this case, special protection system of military marriage came into being. But since the date of promulgation of these terms, there are many scholars have been criticized. This paper applies dialectical analysis, literature research and other methods to study this subject, hoping to draw people's attention and rouse discussion to military marriage system. And make people learn more about the advantages and disadvantages of this system at the same time.This thesis is divided into four parts, exclude the introduction and the conclusion:The first part is an overview of military marriage protection system of our country. Concept, characteristics, the historical process and current situation of military marriage will also be introduced briefly.The second part discusses the existence of military marriage protection system and its substance.The third part analyses the shortcomings and deficiencies of military marriage protection system. And detailed contemporary dilemma of military marriage protection system will be introduced.The forth part is a summary of the issues raised in the first three chapters above, expounds the perfection of the special protection system of military marriage proposals.Finally came to the conclusion that military marriage needs protection, but related laws and policies needs to be further improved so that military personnel and their spouses ' interests are protected.
