The Exploration Of Local Construction Path Of Network Governance

This article, through the exploration of the local construction path of network governance mode tries to find new management mode to meet the needs of social governance in our country. For this reason, this article first makes a summary of network governance theory origin and western network governance practice, and does the justification for network governance model with the combination of social governance in our country; Secondly, this article describes the localization of the ideal type of network governance, that is, from different roles and interactive relationships among the governance body, network governance demands, human resources requirements, the local ideal type of network governance is outlined; At the same time, this article from the changes and challenges of the ruling party and the government governance strategy, the growth of multiple governance subject and the weakening and alienation of its relation, China's modern social capital to the weak social governance, has carried on the summary of the realistic conditions of local construction of network governance; Finally, this article illustrates the improvement of local construction path of network governance from the enhancement of the helm and meta governance capabilities of the ruling party and government, the construction of close public-private partnerships, as well as the realization of the organic unity of law construction and network governance.With the four links discussed, this paper argues that the fact that network governance mode corresponds to the the demand of social governance and the change of social environment, can improve and enhance our social management system and management ability.Given the current problems existing in the governance body and its interactive relations, the organization mode and social capital shortage of the construction of network governance in China, we should speed up the construction of the local network governance of our country, improve the local governance network model.
