Due to the natural expansion, investigatory power is easy to break away from the fetter of procedure, then produces self-authorized disordered conduct, or slack fulfillment omission.The supervision for investigatory departments' placing cases on files and investigation activities could standardize investigatory actions, and improve procuratorial organs' enforcement justice. At present, the procuratorial organs supervise self-investigated cases, on one hand by carrying on people supervisors system, the National People's Congress system and so on, exploring positively external supervision ways; on the other hand by improving continuously internal supervision systems, in order to strengthen supervision on duties crime investigation activities. However, practically, the procuratorial organs do not attach enough importance to investigatory supervision on self-investigated cases, and there is still something wrong with the investigatory procedure, means and ways. This thesis is based in the current situation of investigatory supervision on self-investigated cases, starts from analyzing the internal features and requirements of self-investigated cases, takes judicial reform as an opportunity, comments on the systems establishment and improvement of the supervision for investigatory departments' placing cases on files and investigation activities about the self-investigated cases, puts forward the idea, method and improvement that are suitable for investigatory supervision on self-investigated cases, so as to strengthen internal supervision systems and advance the sound movement and thorough development of the investigatory operation on self-investigated cases. This thesis also draws some inspiration from the comparison of the difference from the foreign countries' procuratorial systems.
