Immovable cultural relics as the material legacy,with its vivid and intuitive entity,recording and witnessing the years of human,and immovable heritage conservation may reflect the course of a country or a region's overall strength development.Yu county of Shanxi province has abundant immovable cultural relics,including lots of historical relics,ethnic relics,revolutionary relics and so on.But,with the economic development and the improvement of living standards in recent years,ignoring the protection of immovable cultural relics,which results showing little historical value,economic value and scientific value.Protecting and inheriting the immovable cultural relics is our duty and obligatory.The protection of immovable cultural relics has been the important job of every province and environment.With the 18th people's congress holding,Jin ping Xi put forward:Organically combine the three of the economic development,the new urbanization plans and immovable heritage,and take advantage of cultural relics to coordinated development.Although getting much effects,Immovable cultural relics protection work is facing at Natural disasters,Pollution erosion and urban construction damage,and many other threats.This study,from Shanxi Province Cultural Relics Bureau of the subject,namely Shanxi legislation and enforcement Situation and Strategies of immovable cultural relics protection.After searching,the study of immovable cultural relics protection from the level of regional enforcement is very few.So,based on field research on Yu county immovable cultural relics protection of the law enforcement,and make a detailed description for the state,the collective,the individual immovable cultural relics of different types,and then put forward the problems and the suggestions.The paper is divided into 4 parts:Part 1:Through the field researching and searching the data,revealing the Yu county immovable cultural relics protection situation and the present legislation about immovable cultural relics.Part 2:Introduction the research constitute,that is the research purpose,the research time,the research range,the research object,the research means,and research details.Part 3:Introduction the research result,that is the basic protection situation and the enforcement situation of Yu county immovable cultural relics.Part 4:According to the data of Yu county immovable cultural relics,put forward the problems,analyzing the specific reasons and coming up with the suggestions about the Yu county immovable cultural relics protection.Mainly including:perfection of legislation,aiming at individual,primary-level organization,law-enforcing department and the public.The author believe that the immovable cultural relics is the important witness of the Chinese history,which is the significant cornerstone that our country standing in the world.It is our common career,we must insist administration according to law,gathering all human strength to do the cultural relics protection work.
