Since China's reform and opening up, with the rapid development of our social economy, all kinds of production safety accidents, safety production supervision work more and more attention from society, from central to local levels of safety supervision work is more and more attention, the primary line safety workers feel a great responsibility. Because safety regulation system in China is yet to be perfected, the safety problems exist in the actual work, led to the occupational stress problem of safety workers at the local level.This paper aims to from the perspective of safety workers at the grass-roots level, the analysis of the status quo of their occupational stress analysis of factors of occupational stress and coping strategies are proposed according to the actual situation of work safety at the grass-roots level and the relevant Suggestions. This paper adopts literature research, questionnaire survey method, interview method and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. First consult literature at home and abroad, through the literature review on the concept of occupational stress, definitions and related theory. Then Tai'an City D the basic safety workers in Shandong province as the research object, adopt the way of interview and questionnaire sampling survey analysis. By combining the content of the actual interview and questionnaire, understand the basic safety workers the present situation, the source of occupational stress, and research, this article analyzes the common factors and characteristics of occupational stress factors,to reveal their occupational stress problems.Studies have shown that the primary safety workers occupational stress factors is different from other general workers, so their coping strategies, should also have certain particularity and targeted. Combined with questionnaire and interview, this paper summarized the relevant conclusions, from basic safety workers are the root causes of occupational stress and professional characteristic, from the individual level, and social aspects, especially the national mechanism, the grass-roots level, work status and social conditions targeted coping strategies and Suggestions are put forward.
