Study On The Economic Function Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The Social Transition Period

Rural grass-roots party organizations are the basis for all work and fighting capacity of the Party in rural areas.It is the organizational guarantee for the implementation of the party's policies and strategic arrangements in rural areas,and is the most basic part of the party's governing system.The key points,important points and difficulties are in the rural areas to build the well-off society,and there will be no well-off in nationwide without in rural areas.Building a new socialist countryside,developing the rural economy,the masses are the main body,the branch is the core,and the rural grass-roots party organizations must play a leading role in the construction of a well-off society.To accomplish this goal,the rural grassroots party organizations must practice good exercise to benefit the internal organs,enhance its creativity,cohesion and fighting capacity.A weak and lax Party branch,there is no ability to lead all the villagers to go off road.The construction of rural grass-roots party organization is a systematic project,due to the limited space,this paper cannot cover everything.This paper mainly from the perspective of social transformation period,starting from the economic function of the rural grassroots party organizations,combined with the current situation of rural economic development research,and puts forward some countermeasures and measures.The main contents of this paper are five aspects: First,the rural changes in the social transition period.Second,the development course of the rural grass-roots party organizations' economic function since the founding of the PRC.Thirdly,the economic function of the rural grass-roots party organizations under the social transformation.The fourth is the problems and challenges that the rural primary Party organizations facing in the social transition.The fifth is to further develop the economic function of village level party organizations under the conditions of social transition.In the course of the study,mainly adhere to the problem oriented,site investigation,questionnaire investigation,held a forum and other forms to the rural part of counties and cities in our province through in-depth,preliminary find out the play of rural primary organizations of the party in the economic function of existing problems and shortcomings.In view of these problems,combined with the author's work experience at the grassroots level and sentiment,take careful analysis of the central and provincial Party Committee on rural grassroots party organizations in the spirit of the relevant policies,and put forward some countermeasures.For example,the point views of "put the village level party organizations into the ruling system construction","to implement the main village cadre job occupation",”to develop and expanse the village collective economy",are forward-looking whether in academic or in practice.Hope that through this study,can be used for reference to the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.
