probing into the research and the region's ageing conditions reflected by the statistics,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing social pension mode of this region and the development status of retirement organizations,and clarifying the various challenges in front of Shijiazhuang city,this paper has put forward improving and development strategies.Shijiazhuang City,the proportion of the elderly population has exceeded 15%,the social pension issue has become the main problem affecting the sustainable economy and social development of the city.All Shijiazhuang local senior citizens,who enjoyed the national social security system with basic material security as confirmed by ageing conditions in the later life.Family is still the elderly harbor to place body and mind,family is the greatest spiritual consolation for old people,the family retirement is the main pension manner in Shijiazhuang city.However,relying solely on the strength of the family shall not keep up with the trend of development,as home-based,relying on social pension mode communities has become the future trend of development.In accordance with national guidelines and spirit of the policy for social pension,Shijiazhuang municipal government focus on the implementation of the Social pension Security Mode in urban areas of family.Taking the current work that focused mainly on the construction of community home-based care service centers as a breakthrough,the gradually building up social old-aged home pension service network,supporting with the best support,and play the role of the government reveal all the details.In addition,such as the Housing Endowment mode etc.has also been attracted the government's attention to give policy guidance and regulations of constructions support actively.Organization support is an important force in the city's social elderly pension,in particular,services for the elderly with disability or partial disability.The market mechanism is the main factor affecting the development of the pension agency,with the adaptation of aging situation in deepening degree,the number of pension institutions of Shijiazhuang city increasingly,at the same time,with the development of the times,the pension agency's clients,services have changed as well showing a trend of diversification.For now,the main issues affecting the community retirement of describes the research background,research significance,research status,and an overview of the research ideas,methods and innovations;Body part consists of four parts,the first part: definition of the concept of community and community care,outlining its content,and the theoretical basis of community retirement;Part II: generally introducing the basic social pension situation in Shijiazhuang.First,calculating the elderly population and their age distribution of the household registration in Shijiazhuang city.On the basis of physiological and psychological analysis of different age and their structural characteristics of the urban elderly with their different needs;taking out an overview of several major Shijiazhuang existing pension mode: playing a fundamental
