Nowadays, city appearance management affairs become more and more complex, with the development of society. How to achieve the long-term management of city becomes a difficult point of city appearance development. And city environment is closely related to citizens. With the improvement of living standards, public requirements for the city appearance management is constantly improving, city appearance management need more social attention and public participation. To improve the public satisfaction is the trend of city appearance management in the future.This passage takes Wenzhou city appearance management public satisfaction as the research object, and integrated uses the methods of literature analysis, analytic hierarchy process, questionnaire, statistics analysis, then carries out questionnaire survey in Lucheng?Ouhai and Longwan area to master the public satisfaction of Wenzhou center urban. Through analyzing the difference of public satisfaction between different aspects of city appearance management, the different areas of city and the different groups of public, then puts forward the methords to improve public satisfaction. Besides, this passage puts forward some suggestions to improve the public satisfaction of city appearance management from the perspective of public participation.This paper will be divided into five divisions:First, introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance, the current study of public participation, the research ideas, methods and technical route of this study.Second, defines the concepts of city appearance management, public participation, public satisfaction. Then introduces the theoretical basis such as public governance theory and public participation theory. Last,carries out theoretical analysis combined with actual city appearance management.Third, uses the questionnaire to investigate the public satisfaction of Wenzhou center urban. Through the questionnaire statistics, calculating the city appearance management public satisfaction of eights aspects, overall satisfaction, different areas of city and different groups of public satisfaction.Fourth, analyzes the difference of public satisfaction satisfaction between different aspects of city appearance management, the different areas of city and the different groups of public.At last, putting forward relevant methords to improve satisfaction from the perspective of goverment.Last, points out how to improve the public satisfaction of city appearance management from the perspective of public participation. According to the investigators opinions, the suggestions are summarized below this:change the idea of city appearance management; to expand the approach of the public participation; to strengthen the city appearance management information disclosure; to strengthen public participation education and consensus propaganda in the society.
