Study On Township Government Service For Peasant Entrepreneurship

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become the focus of the community. Peasant entrepreneurship as an important part of mass entrepreneurship, has important significance to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Peasant entrepreneurship is one of the priorities of the party and government, for relating to the peasant development, the expansion of domestic demand and the social stability, and attracts great attention of the academia. Therefore, this paper is concerned in promoting public entrepreneurship especially in the process of peasant entrepreneurship, how township government positioning itself, not only as an administrative agency, should also be an action agency, development of real work to promote peasant entrepreneurship.This paper selects Huyuan Township Shaxian County as the research object, by using the methods of questionnaire, interview and other methods, the comprehensive use of equilibrium analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, based on analysis of current situation of Huyuan Township peasant entrepreneurship on in accordance with the "demand supply contradiction and Countermeasures" ideas, found the demand service supply gap between the peasant and township government public service, analysis of the contradiction between supply and demand. According the theory of public goods and service oriented government theory to analyze how to provide good township government services. Township government need to improve industrial planning, financing services, entrepreneurship training, platform construction, social security measures and other aspects of a variety of measures to continuously promote the peasant entrepreneurship.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part clarifies the purpose and significance of this study, reviews the research status at home and abroad, introduces the research content and ideas, research methods and technical routes, as well as innovation and deficiencies;The second part describes the definition of related concepts, the theory of public goods theory, service oriented government theory and other related content;The third part analyses the demand and supply of peasant entrepreneurship, and the contradiction between supply and demand of peasant entrepreneurship;The fourth part propose that it should start from the aspects of industrial planning, financing services, entrepreneurship training, platform construction, social security measure, etc., to improve the level of township government peasant entrepreneurial services.
