Chief Prosecutor System Reform Research

For a long time,Our team of prosecutors exist some important issues,for example,the quality for cases handling is not high?low efficiency?the responsibility for case can not implement specificly?the elite level for prosecutor is not very high.their Professionalism and professional ability need be strengthened.Since the eighth session of the Third Plenary,the Prosecutor reform in full swing,the reform for Chief prosecutor system Inherits Chief Complaint(handlding)Prosecutor and make it become reform direction.The core of the reform system of the Prosecutor to coordinate the relatiaonship between Administrative nature since the independence of the prosecutor handling the case and the independence for prosecutors,emphasizing the legal obligations and objectivity obligation for Prosecutors,to effectively protect its independence,giving prosecutors a certain independence specific caseload,highlighting its independent status.The current practice of reform and prosecutor systems,responsibilities and rights of the Prosecutor is not uniform,the scope of the right to independence is not clear,resulting in the current reform effect is not significant.the author will introduce the current system of the Prosecutor General of the reform to proceed from the Background Reform,from the basic system of the Prosecutor,the core of the reform discussion Prosecutor System-independence of the Prosecutor.In the procrss of the Prosecutor reform,if we can effectively grasp the core issues,and efforts to improve,the effectiveness of the reform can be clear and distinct.Finally,the author summarizes the current practice of prosecutors system reform,from the Prosecutor how specific in specific cases to exercise their independent prosecutorial power angle,make a few suggestions.
