This study aims to probe the current children's organization identification level of the Young Pioneers and its influencing factors.Through the first seven interview data analysis,we found that the current children's organizational identity of the Young Pioneers is significantly different. On this basis, thanks to "Organizational Identity Scale","Perceived Organizational Support Scale","Perceived External Prestige Scale" and "Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale",we did a quantitative survey in Beijing nine primary schools with a total of 1233 children questionnaire. The statistical analysis showed that: children were "more agreeable"(OI = 5.75)to the Young Pioneers, and had a better understanding of the nature of the Young Pioneers, signs, rituals etc.Regression analysis showed that two social exchanges(organizational support and perceived external prestige)are significant predictor factors of the Young Pioneers organization.(R2 = 0.502,p = 0.01).The most important factor on teenager's Young Pioneers organization identity is perceived external prestige(r = 0.417 **),in addition to organizational support(r = 0.368 **).There are significant differences between boys and girls(sig= 0.000)in the organization identity,so are the different grades(r =-0.004).Organizational identification plays a mediating effect role between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and the ratio of mediating effect in the total is 47.2%;Organizational identification also plays a mediating effect role between Perceived External Prestige and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and the ratio of mediating effect in the total is 23.7%.
