Research On Administrative Contract Type

Administrative Contract System as a contract with the administration of the combination product, in our country has sustained development, because of the complexity and diversity of characteristics, for our need for the type of administrative contract of study. The author believes can start from the perspective of three types of research, namely:1. Contract-oriented administrative body, the extent of contractual strength.2. Administrative Priority to Benefit limits.3.The contract relates to the field of professional features. Combined with three standards, can be our administrative contracts are divided into the following types:1. type of government procurement contracts, namely the administrative body through the use of fiscal funds market to buy a product or service contract type.2. The operation of state-owned resources management type contracts, mainly related to national land, management and development of mineral resources.3. Power operation type contracts, mainly related to the use of public power to coordinate the contract situation.4. Social affairs management type contracts, mainly related to the specific type of contract management of social affairs, such as the collection of compensation agreement, the government concession contracts.5. Administrative personnel type contracts, mainly related to the type of contract management of civil servants.
