Nearly 40 years of reform and opening-up,China's economy obtained the fast development,the corresponding political and administrative system reform is also advancing with the times.At present,the core content of the Chinese government institutional reform is to establish the functional departments having service concept.Create a comprehensive administrative service center--"one-stop" is new management mode of our government.Civil servants,who working in the window,on behalf of the government image,implement and implement all laws and regulations of the state policy,faced with the complex working environment,heavy responsibility,the problem such as pressure,make them become a high incidence of job burnout.Therefore,for the emerging civil servant group,and study their job burnout current situation and reasons,the physical and mental health of civil servants to improve window and compressive ability,for improving the window service execution of civil servant has important significance.Take Z city government affairs service center for example,first of all,through questionnaires and interviews to understand the general situation of civil servants'job burnout,to organization job burnout scale,to measurement civil servants' who working in the window job burnout,and to gain further job burnout status of individual and post work load.control,remuneration and team,fairness,and values don't adapt to the impact.Next,according to the survey results of the occupational burnout,analysis to job burnout of civil servants who working in the window by matching theory.According to the theory of Maslash and Leiter's job matching,is found that job burnout in the workplace as a result of people and the environment interaction does not match.Last,by using Lewin's field theory,group dynamics theory,to intervention the job burnout of civil servants who working in the window with team work.Through ice breaking action,attribution activities,enhance organizational justice and other activities,help them to know the job burnout of civil servants who working in the window,improve workload response,enhance organizational justice,learn and master the methods and skills of prevention and mitigation of' job burnout,enhance the capacity of window of civil servants of society,promote the health of body and mind,improve the work efficiency,window for ascension e-government service,optimize the environment of development for reference.
