With the continuous development of society and economy,China's population aging is increasing.More and more elderly "retire".They use their accumulated rich experience and skills to participate in community volunteer activities,and actively participate in community building.They are committed to creat a good community environment and build a harmonious community life,to achieve active aging.While the urban voluntary organizations have made important contributions to the community construction,there are also some problems that can not be ignored.Through the comparative analysis of similar organizations,I found that the same background of the development of older volunteer organizations,some development better,and some of the development is poor.The main difference lies in the organization's internal management team leadership.As a result,the author proposes to enhance the leadership of the elderly voluntary organization team.In this study,we selected the most representative X-old Art Troupes in N city H Street as the research object,and adopted the questionnaire and interview method.Based on the Group dynamics theory and team leadership model,this paper explores the problem of team leadership of X Art Troup from the learning index,emotion index and action index of team leadership,and adopts the team,organization and environment in team leadership model to further analyze the causes of the problem.Through the Needs Analysis,the team developed a team approach to the X Art Troupe's team activities from the learning,emotional and action indicators of the team leadership model.Through the analysis of group dynamics and dynamic process in the preparatory,development and final stages of the group activities,the author explores how the group motivation drives the group goal.The results of the final study.X Troupe leadership effectiveness in the team has improved significantly.The team objectives are clearly defined in the performance indicators of the team's leadership,and the pro-sociality of the members is enhanced.In the action indicators,the members are more satisfied with the team and others,and the team members are more willing to accept the new members.Give others support and encouragement;in the learning index,the team decision-making mode is changed,the division of labor is further defined.To the collective decision-making as the main form of day-to-day management model is formed.The team's ability to adapt to the outside world has also been further improved.The team's team leadership effectiveness has been greatly improved.Therefore,under the guidance of group dynamics theory,the work of the group is feasible to enhance the leadership of the volunteer organization team.It is helpful to promote the active aging of the urban elderly and promote the healthy,continuous and standardized development of the old voluntary organization.
