A Brief Exploration On Changes Of Spanish Constitutions

The change of history have spawned the progress of civilization,the human civilization changed from "disorder " to "ordered constraint",the development of the legal system is the best witness.The development of the Spanish Constitution accompanied a series of important historical events in Spain,which has many characteristics,such as the natural evolution,the promotion of the times and the node function.It can be said that the establishment of the framework of the Spanish Constitution is the result of continuous progress and development of the Spanish society.As a constitutional monarchy,Spain has experienced a brief history of the Republic period.From the first constitution of Spain in 1812 to the last constitution produced by a referendum,during this period,the new constitution replaced the old constitution,and also created a lot of short-lived constitution.From the constitutions under the modern monarchy and the Republic Period,to the most modern and progressive 1978 constitution which is still working today,they were the product of social and historical conditions at that time,and showed the social contradictions and the resistance of the Spanish people of that era,which established the political system at that time,in order to maintain its political rule and achieve social stability.It can be said that the establishment of the framework of the Spanish Constitution promoted the continuous progress and development of Spanish society.Based on the analysis of the changes of the Spanish Constitution,this paper combs the path of the evolution of Spanish Constitutionalism,and according to the text of the constitution,this paper analyzes the development and evolution of the modern Spanish constitutional system.Guided by historical materialism and dialectical materialism,this paper makes full use of the relevant research achievements of legal history,constitutional law and Political Science,and comprehensively adopted literature analysis,historical analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods to systematically comb the progress,backgroung and reasons of constitutional changes from the monarchy to the Republic and modern society,and emphatically discuss and comprehensively interprete the parliamentary system,the judicial system and the basic rights of the citizens of the Spanish constitution,in order to show the history of the development of the Spanish Constitution and the common development of the times,and promote the development of relevant research of Spain.
