| Transportation is not only the lifeblood of national economic development,but also a breakthrough in regional coordinated development.After several decades of development,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has made great achievements in the field of transportation.However,due to the differences in the traffic management system,traffic legislation and traffic facilities standards in the region,there is an urgent need for harmonized coordination of traffic legal system to guarantee the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration.This paper focuses on the research on the legal issues of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei transportation integration.First of all,it makes a comprehensive and objective analysis of the current situation of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation and the current legal system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration.And summed up the legal requirements in the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration:the need of coordination and management mechanism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration,the need of planning coordination and traffic regulations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration.Secondly,it analyzes the development of regional transportation integration in typical countries such as the United States,Britain and Japan,and sums up its experience in the regional transportation integration legal system.Finally,the paper puts forward some legal suggestions on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration with reference to the experience of foreign development in combination with the current situation of traffic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and collaborative legislative requirements:establishing a unified regional traffic coordination management system;strengthen the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation planning coordination agencies;coordination of regional transport facilities and service standards;and unified coordination of regional traffic regulations. |
